For Tajikistan you need an electronic visa, which you can order easily yourself online (https://www.evisa.tj/index.evisa.html), pay 50$ online via credit card and within two working days, you will receive the visa by email. If you intend to visit Pamir region of Tajikistan make sure to also purchase the GBAO permit for 20$ online together with the visa.
For Uzbekistan, to get visa you need visa invitation which we will be glad to arrange free of charge. Further, you need to apply for visa striker at Uzbek Embassy or Consulate abroad

We encourage you to get travel insurance to help protect against certain unforeseen events that might prevent you traveling or completing your trip. Please, make sure it includes cover against personal accidents, medical expenses, death, and emergency repatriation. We recommend a minimum coverage of $300,000. In the main cities of Central Asia and Kyrgyzstan, you can use credit card everywhere in Shopping Malls, restaurants, Supermarkets. Outside of cities it is impossible to pay by credit cards. We advise to make enough withdrawing money at an ATM in the main cities for personal expenses. If you are travelling by full package tour booked us, you likely do not need to spent much money because they include all major costs. It is recommended bringing with you all money in USD or EUR banknotes with different denominations.
Central Asia countries and Kyrgyzstan can be considered as a safe destination for travelers. Your biggest risk in Central Asia and Kyrgyzstan are car wrecks and accidents while crossing the street or falling into an unprotected draining hole in the sidewalk. You should also exercise caution around stray animals and avoid approaching dogs.
On places typically frequented by foreigners like bazaars pay special attention to pickpockets and trick thieves.
You should know that police in Kyrgyzstan is only allowed to stop foreigners in order to control their passport and visa. A foreigner without passport can be taken to the police office. To avoid any problem, make sure you carry your passport with you and have all contacts of your travel agency.
